- Ken helped me buy a home
My wife and I have used Ken's services several times for home sale/purchase. Ken is very personable, highly experienced and extremely thorough. He asks the questions that his clients often don't know to ask. He does his homework, and is candid but respectful in helping you see things you might don't see or features that you might be too enamored with. I cannot recommend Ken Simmons highly enough.
- Ken and I connected, but did no business
Ken and I reached a verbal agreement to lease one of his properties. We were both busy traveling before Christmas, and agreed to sign the lease contract during the next couple days. Ken assured he was a man of his word, and wouldn't lease the property to someone else. He reneged on that gentleman's agreement. If you are looking for an agent with old school integrity, Ken Simmons is not the agent for you.
