Gateway Realty, Inc. opened for business in 1985. Kenneth L. Carper, Sr., founder and present owner, involved the firm primarily in new home marketing and sales during its early years. At the helm of a flourishing company he organized in 1985, Ken entered the real estate profession in 1970. Early on Ken specialized in marketing new home communities and over the years has established a working relationship with many local developers and builders. Ken is currently the marketing agent for over 7 new home communities throughout the area. In addition to staff charged with normal functions of the business, Ken has a trained and licensed new home coordinator who coordinates each transaction between the Builder and Buyer from start to finish.
