Extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. Communicates exceptionally well. We always felt he was on top of our situation and watching out for us. Ken also spent quite a bit of time seeing to initial issues as we were out of town buyers. Ken took charge of monitoring local items as we moved through the process. We've bought and sold many houses but never experienced such a full service real estate effort.
