We purchased our home in 2018 with Ken as our trusted Real Estate agent. Ken was amazing throughout the entire process. As new prospective home buyers, there was so much that we didn’t know, but Ken filled in the caps and helped us navigate the process. There are so many great things that I can say about Ken, but I will narrow it down to the 3. 1) Ken didn’t allow my husband and me to settle. During the time my husband and I were looking for a home we began to feel as though we would never find the right one. I knew what I wanted, but the home didn’t seem to be out there. Once I told Ken my specifics, he would not let me settle for anything less! I showed him a home that was less than what I wanted, and he reminded me of what I told him, and he wouldn’t even take me to see the house. I really appreciated that. He helped us reach our goal. 2) Ken was always there for us if we had any questions. It didn’t matter the time of day or night. He always got back to us in a timely fashion. He made sure we knew that we were a priority. If I found a home that I wanted to see, within 24 hours he had made the call for us to see it. 3) Ken is an extremely knowledgeable Real Estate agent. He knows very well the areas in the Inland Empire and was a defender of what is right. He wouldn’t allow us to be bullied by the seller when she was making threatening demands.
