My Brother, Sister and I could not be more pleased with Pat Keulen and outcome of the escrow. It turned out to be a great experience. In my opinion, this was not an easy escrow. We were dealing with an estate duplex sale, on top of that we had renters that were not easy to work with. Making this comment to Pat that this was going to be a challenging escrow and explaining to him what this was involving Pat said, This is going to be easy dont worry. Pat hit the road running and he also kept all of us in the loop at all times. This was very important to us as many agents list your property and you dont hear from them. He was always very professional and stayed calm when it came to the renters and gained their trust. No escrow is too hard or complicated for Pat! The best part, we had a huge surprise and made more and I mean a lot more over the asking price. The results speak for themselves. Within a month of meeting Pat Keulen, we closed on my new condo for below appraised value! One month after that, we sold my house for above appraised value! When buying, Pat knew how to structure the offer and advocated on my behalf with the seller. Pat worked closely with my mortgage broker to make sure we had a winning offer. Pat is an incredible person, always alert and always thinks of you first. Gets everything ready for you and is so intelligent on all he does. What else can I say but Pat is one real good Realtor. I have a close friend that was my first choice, but Pat's reputation convinced me to use him. I needed someone that was going to be relentless and fight for my needs. I was concerned the other broker was going to coast to the end to collect his fee. Not Pat. Pat is a bulldog and was on top of the transaction every step of the way. Nothing to say other than Pat was on top of it. Purchase price was the only thing that bothered both of us. There were no comps to support the +$15K asking price, but it was the 4th offer Pat and I made on a Condo and we didn't want to lose out on another. We both new the $15K would not be a problem with future equity. Pat tried to get them down. I even walked away from the deal at one point. This was when they were at $30K over value. The called back, Pat and I discussed it and decided to move forward. I'm very glad we did. Pat is a true professional. Not a fly-by hack in the business for a quick buck. He works hard and is in your corner the entire time. From the inspector to the title rep, everyone set proper expectations. I never once had to ask, "whats next?" Start to finish.
