Kevin Barry

Kevin Barry was born and raised in one of the most volatile real estate markets there is, The Bay Area of Northern California. His move to Arizona was sparked by rising home prices and the ability to buy a home for the same price as renting a much smaller home in California. Since moving to Arizona in 2003, he has grown to love the Grand Canyon State and considers it his true home state. Kevin entered the real estate market as an investor in 2010 and has loved the process of watching, anticipating, and interpreting it ever since. As a former soldier with the United States Army he enjoys assisting veterans and their families, and is designated as a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS). Kevin is married to his wife, Alexis, since 2011 and has two children, Titus and Capri. They enjoy hiking, road trips, and spending time with friends. You will see them often around town at the local small business restaurants as they love being in the community and delicious food!
