Kevin is not your typical Realtor. His career began in residential construction and development - not in sales. Setting out to help Buyers and Sellers in a meaningful way, Kevin uses his experience to add real value. Buyers and Sellers use Kevin's insight to save time and money while learning along the way. Working with clients north of Boston and along the seacoast of New Hampshire, Kevin focuses on technology and emerging online trends providing his clients with access to the latest tools. As a board member of the Newburyport Education Foundation, he strives to increase private funding to the public school system to benefit the entire community. Along with his focus on education, Kevin is a past member and continued supporter of the Agent Leadership Council, focusing on teaching new Realtors ethics and best practices.
