Kevin Johnson

Co-founder of Homes of the South has a long and successful real estate career. He has sold homes and real estate in the Charlotte and Lake Norman market since 1989. He is a Charlotte native but has lived in several places around the country such as the Philadelphia area, San Antonio, Texas, southern New Jersey and the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC (Fairfax County). He calls North Carolina home and has lived here since 1986. I have an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning from East Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from UNC-Charlotte. Some brief career moves outside of the real estate industry were with a major technology supplier and a dot com. I enjoy travel (he has been to all 50 states and 17 foreign countries), hiking and trips to the beach especially Hilton Head Island. I sold homes at award winning Davis Lake community in Charlotte. Kevin is active in his church and also volunteers at the USO-NC in the Charlotte airport location.
