Kevin helped us buy our first house in Citrus Heights and the experience was great. He was very attentive to our wish list and produced a lot of house for us to look at. We were living in Tracy at the time and market was moving fast. If we saw a house that we wanted to go see Kevin would make it happen. This was also right in the middle of Covid so there more restrictions on viewing housds and a lot of paperwork involved. Kevin was very honest at each house and he viewed them with us as if he was purchasing for himself. He didnt try to rush us or push us to a sale. Once we found our house he was able to get us closed in 30 days which were the requirements from the seller.Not only did we form a business relationship with Kevin during this process we also formed a friendship. I bought a brand new house but Kevin still represented me with the builder because they work with agents. He helped negotiate some upgrades which saved me alot of money. And he was super helpful at the end making sure the condition was perfect because he knows what to look for and the builder doesn't allow people to hire their own inspectors. It was a great experience working with Kevin because many agents these days have poor communication skills or they have low standards of ethics. Kevin is a fantastic agent! He knows what he's doing and for his seller, he totally did his job by interviewing me and my client's loan officer. It's what a great agent should do! He's great at getting back to me in a timely manner...and get this...he actually picks up his phone! That sounds funny, but many agents don't even return phone calls the same day, let alone pick up their phones.
