Selling your home can be pretty overwhelming, even for an experienced business professional. Trust is a tough thing to build in a very short time, but I felt that Kevin and Erin had my back 24x7 during the entire process of selling my house. That was priceless! Their experience and expertise along with the all-in-one services they provided - design and staging, home repair and improvement resources and advice, market data and analysis, marketing savvy - all came together to my benefit. We had quite the journey as I followed their suggestions and did some kitchen updating and a master bath flooring project before the sale. They went the extra mile time and again during pre-sale improvements, partnering with me 100% and then some. Erin's staging was superb and really sealed the deal when it came time to show. I have wanted to move for five years. I put it off since I did not want to deal with the selling process. I finally decided to bite the bullet and contacted Kevin and Erin.
