Over my 30 years involvement in Chicago real estate, I have worn many hats. After leaving the advertising / marketing industry in the 1980’s, I started my real estate career buying, renovating and selling properties within the north side of Chicago. In 1990, I founded Emerald Realty Group, a boutique real estate brokerage and property management company which successfully serviced the Lincoln Park and Lakeview areas until 2011. At which time, was merged with Conlon Real Estate Company. Within those years, I acted as proprietor of many condo and single family development projects. My true passion and enjoyment throughout my real estate career has been working with buyers and sellers in the brokerage business.
