Responsive, Helpful, Kind, Fun, ReachableOur experience with Kevin was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, kind, fun, reachable (thats important), honest, detail oriented I could go on. Honestly, we had a different REALTOR before him and the experience was markedly different, she really had no interest in selling our house, it was just her job. Needless to say, the house did not sell. One day were we in our garage cleaning and Kevin stopped by to discuss the situation. I think he was curious that we no longer had a for sale sign up, but that he never saw Sold or details on MLS that the house was sold. He took the initiative to stop and talk to us.
