We cannot tell you how grateful we are for Kevin Richter. He got our family out of a nightmare situation where we saw no hope in sight and into our dream home. We moved to Charleston in 2016 to an apartment. After months in the apartment our entire family became VERY ill and we finally discovered that we had an enormous amount of mold growing everywhere. In the walls, the vents, under the sinks and we were trapped with nowhere to go. By chance, we met a friend that had just bought a home through Kevin who told us how amazing he was. When we finally met Kevin and told him our situation, he immediately took our health into consideration and made it his priority to get us out of there and into a clean and safe home. Within days he found the home of our dreams and expedited the process to get us out of our apartment as soon as possible. He even called us daily to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Every bump in the road along the way, Kevin was there for us. The real estate agent we had tried to work with before we met Kevin was hard to get a hold of, never returned our calls or emails, and our health and safety was the least of his concern. Kevin was very concerned about all of our worries and was extremely easy to get a hold of. We didnt even have to contact him, he was constantly contacting us instead. We knew we had made the right choice. Within weeks were were out of our apartment and moving into our brand new home and on our way to better health. I cannot say enough good things about the care and consideration he took in dealing with our home buying process. We will never use another agent again! Kevin was fantastic in handling the sale of my home. It was a less the ideal situation, but Kevin handled it professionally and really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. He has contacts for just about anything you could need from cleaning to contractors. He is excellent with following up and keeping you on track.
