After speaking with a few different real estate agents, we were referred to Kim and Brian Batterman by a family friend. Let me tell you that the Batterman's blew all other agents "out of the water"! Not only do they have extensive knowledge in their profession, but they provide you with all the data and tools to back up what they are saying. We listed on a Thursday and we sold on our first showing on Saturday! We got more than asking price. We had a few hiccups with the inspection but Kim and Brian worked with us closely to get through those steps and went above and beyond to help us any way they could.
