Kim was so helpful and very responsive to every question I had. When looking at homes she would point out things that I never would have thought to check. She always kept me updated throughout the entire process often without me even asking. I will use Kim in the future and would definitely recommend her. She is very professional.

I am very happy to recommend Kim Leighton! I had worked with Kim before when I bought my house 12 years ago. When it was time to sell, I went back to this wonderful woman and was lucky to work with Kim. My move out of state was a stressful process (As a single person, I had to pack and move my house all by myself, buy a house in Ohio, and sell mine in AZ all at the same time!) Kim helped me every step of the way, and was as much a cheerleader and therapist as she way excellent realtor! When we had a buyer pull out of an offer, she guided me through that bump in the road and reassured me it would sell. And sure enough, her experience and knowledge of the market proved correct - we got a BETTER offer and it sold a few weeks later! Kim is AWESOME!!! She was extremely helpful in helping us find our dream home in Arizona. With out her help our move would have been much more stressful. She even took, care of a plumbing issue that the seller declined to correct. You ROCK Kim!

Kim was always there when a crisis came up and I started stressing, and always had the solution to it. She understood my situation that I needed to clear the smoke odor from my house along with the urgency I had to sell it, she was always spot on with a solution. A very informed realtor, up to date on all facets of her profession, I could not have chosen a better, Kim is second to none!! I would recommend her to all.
