Kim was especially helpful to keep the closing on track with my lender and their tortoise-like response to inquiries. Kim knows the market, knows the steps to close a deal and does it with a smile. She was efficient, knowledgeable and went beyond the responsibility of a realtor to make both our purchase and our sale work extremely well. Having seen a house we wanted to buy that was being sold by a person who never lived there, Kim tried to help us figure out how things worked and gave us valuable resources of experts to check into various issues. She let us view the property several time, at our convenience and never pressured us. She had the seller, clean and prepare the home so it would be very desirable and also helped negotiate the sale so it worked for both parties. In selling our home, Kim, offered valuable advice, sent in a very professional photographer and marketed our home to its best advantages. Throughout the process, she checked into the reliability of buyers and was extremely wise in her advice. Kim was available when we had questions, and we had a lot. If she didnt know an answer, she always got back to us quickly. She made the paperwork easy, so all we had to do was sign on our computer. She was available for both closings and hosted them in her offices. Her instincts are expert and her personality made a very difficult process much more fun. I will recommend her to anyone who wants great advice, excellent marketing, and a calm voice when things seem to be falling apart.
