Kim is a second generation Realtor and third generation San Pedro resident. Kim and her team of professionals have been involved with all types of real estate transactions for over 38+ years. She came into Real Estate full-time in May 2005. As the daughter of Susan Finney, one of the most experienced Realtor’s in Southern California; she learned the ins and outs of the Real Estate business at a very young age. Along with her team, Kim has successfully listed, marketed and sold many properties on the Peninsula and in Southern California including the beach cities, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, San Pedro, Torrance, Long Beach, Garden Grove and many out-lying areas.
