Kirk Despain Is one of the most trusted and honest real estate professionals we have ever met, He held our hand, got what we needed done, and our transaction had so many hiccups so to speak along the way, that Kirk made sure were taken care of on our behalf . We love the attention to detail he had about making sure we looked at what we wanted, he put our needs above his own. I can graciously say about Kirk Despain, is BRAVO !!!

This Kirk guy does absolutely nothing that takes effort. He's dishonest, rude and LAZY. He mislead me for weeks and became very nasty when I asked why he had done NOTHING to help in my home search. I don't recommend.
