    • Kirk is an excellent realtor - he is thoughtful and thorough and explains things clearly and does everything he can to make sure your bid is as competitive as possible. We feel so lucky to have found him. After a couple years of losing bid after bid with other realtors, we partnered with Kirk and ended up with exactly what we wanted for a fair (for Los Angeles, anyway) price.

    • Kirk is hard working and I would highly recommend him. Kirk endured no shows, late clients, short notice, and more always with a smile. Kirk never complained and was patient. Kirk used his expertise to sell our home for a good price.

From initial strategy through close and beyond, Kirk has been by our side helping with any situation that presented throughout the process. His knowledge, expertise and level of effort made all the difference in getting our home sold quickly and for the right price. Kirk is a true professional and he will be our only call the next time we need to buy or sell a property.

    • I worked with Kirk in purchasing a new home in early 2020. It was my 3rd time purchasing a home, and I have to say that this time it was smoother than expected given prior my prior experiences. I would highly recommend Kirk for anyone buying or selling a home. After 3 years of renting in the Conejo Valley following a divorce, I realized how much I had spent in rent over that period, and started to flirt with the idea of buying again. I browsed Zillow for a couple of weeks and identified a few homes I was interested in. I attended a few open houses with my kids, who thought they were participating in an episode of House Hunters, and was not really impressed with anything I saw, but it gave me a better idea of the market. A couple of weeks later, I had found a handful of other listing that interested me, some of which were not having open houses. I knew Kirk as a friend first, and asked if he would be willing to be my agent and help me find the right home. He was more than willing, and we spent a couple of weekend days looking at houses. He offered good advice, and made himself readily available to drive all over the Conejo Valley with me and my kids to check out houses. After about 6 houses, we visited an open house in Thousand Oaks. It wasn't the ideal location I was looking for, but when we walked into the living space, I kind of fell in love. Within a few minutes, my kids were running around the yard, exploring and telling me how much they loved the place. I told Kirk that day that I wanted to put in an offer, but I needed to get pre-approved for a mortgage. He recommended a mortgage broker that he had worked with in the past, and I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and proactivity of the broker (Tom McMurray) in presenting me the best options given my situation. The house I was interested was completely remodeled and move-in ready, which made it difficult to find comps in line with the listing price. Kirk provided sound advice in terms of the offer, and despite competing with another offer, the sellers finally accepted my offer. Kirk has a robust network of inspectors to support the process when needed, and is willing to reach out to other colleagues for a second opinion as well. Fortunately, the inspections found relatively few issues, but Kirk worked with me to develop a reasonable request for repairs, that was almost entirely accepted by the sellers. Like any home purchase, there were some hiccups, but this is where Kirk was the most helpful. We had an appraisal come in well below the agreed price. Following Kirk's advice, we quickly negotiated a lower price with the sellers to keep the process going, and ultimately reduced my monthly payment. Kirk put in a lot of hard work to ensure that the deal was closed, and I couldn't be more grateful for his support in the process. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and reasonable. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. Buying or selling a home is never easy, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. I am very grateful for Kirk's support in helping my family secure a new home
