Kris was amazing - not only did she help sell our home materially over asking, but equally importantly, she was incredibly influential in getting out home on the market fast and at a great price for us. Our tenants moved out on a Sunday, Kris had painters in on Monday, cleaners in on Tuesday, Stagers in on Wednesday, had a broker open house on Thursday, 2 Open houses over the weekend, and competing offers on Monday. We closed fast as well. I cant think of a scenario where the selling of our home could have been easier and at a better price. Thanks Kris

Kris is the best! We have been looking for a new home in the South Bay for about 9 months off and on, and within a couple days of meeting Kris, we found our perfect place. She has been very communicative with us and was a really patient listener during our initial call as we shared what we hoped to find. Kris has a great grasp on the benefits and charm of the various cities and neighborhoods, and was incredibly helpful in zeroing in on where we wanted to be. She is warm, generous and a total straight-shooter. We never hesitated in offering feedback about places that didn't match what we were looking for and she was completely receptive and just got it. Even after we found our home, Kris followed up to make sure we were all set and even offered referrals for movers. I recommend her to anyone!

Kris is extremely knowledgeable about the sales and negotiation process and helped provide transparency to the process. She was available 24-7, extremely responsive and I appreciated the multiple forms of communication and rapid turnaround times on questions and documents to keep the sales process moving. She is also very charismatic which is extremely important and often overlooked as a requirement for dealing with high dollar high stress transactions - she was able to keep the process pleasant in spite of challenges around permits, appraisals, funding, etc. that we ran into on my particular transaction. I HIGHLY recommend her to represent either a buyer or a seller.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the excellent job Kris did in selling my home. When I say she went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. Selling, and moving from house that you've lived in for 20 years is stressful and hard work...add traveling for work on top of that and it's completely overwhelming. Kris coordinated the stager, repairs, painters, carpet layers, and landscapers for me! She even delivered over 100 moving boxes on a Sunday morning! I had complete trust and confidence in her ability. She nailed the timing of all the necessary jobs that needed to be done. Our house looked amazing when it was ready to put on the market. She has attention to quality and detail, yet budget conscious when selecting subs. The best part is she sold our house fast and got our sell price! I would highly recommend Kris to anyone who wants some peace of mind when buying or selling a home
