- Krista showed me homes
Krista has been diligently working with us to find the most ideal home for our retirement years. She is a great listener and has oodles of patience. We look forward to finding our perfect home!
- Krista helped me buy a home
Krista is amazing! She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect first home. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted with a very limited budget. She would send us houses as soon as they hit the market along with a message saying “let’s go see it right now!” She was very invested in finding us the perfect place and truly showed she was on our team throughout the entire process. As first time homebuyers we were new to every step of the process and she worked with us in order to walk us through it all in a way we could understand. If she couldn’t answer a specific question she would find out who did and get the information ASAP. I would highly recommend Krista for all your real estate needs!! We are so happy in our new home!

Canceled my services because I was helping fire victims in distress. A Careless heartless realtor stay away !
We had a great experience using Krista as our realtor. She helped us get the first house we looked at in a very competitive market. She made sure we had a thorough inspection and she made sure the seller fixed any necessary issues with the home including replacing a roof. We are very happy with our new home. We would recommend Krista to anybody who is looking for a great homebuying experience
- Clients: Diamond SpringsWe were so lucky to meet Krista and to have her guide us through our recent home search. She was extremely patient with us as we sorted out where we wanted to live and what kind of home we were looking for, accommodating every crazy request we had without ever making us feel pressured to make a decision. She's well organized, has great market knowledge and is a skilled negotiator. Krista made house-hunting fun and the house-buying process painless. Once the deal was done, she even volunteered to help us move in...amazing!
