Krista is amazing! She helped us 8 years ago to buy our first house and she just helped us sell it. We love working with Krista she is very helpful and knowledgeable and is always informative never keeps you in the dark and is always there to answer any questions.

Krista sold our home in one week after another realtor didn't sell it for 5 months! Krista is professional, straight-forward, and quick to sell any home! Wish they had more than 5 stars to give for Krista. We had to search for YEARS to find our dream horse property and Krista was always willing to show us any crazy idea we came up with and never tried to talk us into something that wasn't right for us. When we did find the one, the sellers were less than accommodating and Krista came up with a unique solution to keep our dream alive. Krista shows upmost professionalism, is extremely knowlegable and I HIGHLY recommend her. She has also sold two of our homes and a five acre lot very quickly. Krista and her team were extremely responsive and professional. This was the first home buying and selling experience that we have ever had where I did not feel nervous about any decision that was made. At one point the seller tried to negotiate some things that we weren't happy with, and Krista stepped in and took care of it and got us exactly what we wanted. Krista is an amazing real estate agent. She has sold 2 different houses for us over the years and both within 3 days. She is just made for this business. She will help you stage your home to look it's best, her team will take photos that view well and she will work to get you what you want. You'll be walked through the process so well. She also has great knowledge of what works, what doesn't, etc. I would recommend her over and over.

She answered all of our questions and educated us on the market, including helping us find the perfect new home in an area we hadn't previously explored. The marketing team staged and positioned our home to sell for more than we expected, on the first showing. We cannot recommend Krista and her entire team enough!

8/15/21Krista Lusey went above and beyond in the home selling process for us. Her advice prevented us from incurring unnecessary costs. She was fast at getting tasks done and had excellent resources for doing so. She even repaired a door handle for us in an urgent situation! The staging she had done in our home was unbelievable. We had multiple offers and she did a wonderful job of helping us navigate that process as well. List to close was only 33 days!! Highly recommend!!
