We were given Kristen's name on a recommendation. Living in New York and selling a property in Miami had me filled with apprehension. I was able to spend the month of March at the property. I was quite nervous though that if the property didn't sell in that time it might get very complicated. From our initial meeting though, I was put at ease. Kristen had obviously drawn on her considerable experience and had done her homework. She was fully prepared and we were able to get things moving quickly. I received notifications from her day and night setting up showings, communicating how things had progressed that day or any of the countless tasks involved in a home sales. Her communication skills are top shelf. Once the home sold there were all of the usual tasks associated with a home sale. In this case though, there was a HOA, which is something I was totally unfamiliar with. Once again, I counted on Kristen's considerable skill and experience for guidance as there were numerous tasks that were required by the property management company. With the closing a few weeks out and my need to get back to New York I was afraid something might happen to create a problem. With a local attorney I used and Kristen to help when needed, the closing went remarkably well. With all that said, I hope I have given you a vision of Kristen's considerable skill as a realtor and confidence should you get the opportunity to use her as your realtor.

We used Kristen when buying a condo and she was great at helping us find a good location in the city as well as a building with a good reputation. We knew very little about the area and she was a great help. She also was excellent in the negotiation process and addressing issues as they surfaced.
