Kristen Spayd

Kristen was amazing helping me find my first home. I am born and raised here in Phoenix but I had no idea what I was doing looking for a home. She was very knowledgeable on the areas that I was looking at and was very interested in knowing what I was looking for. She sent me emails on a daily basis with homes to go look at and made sure she had time to meet me at the ones that I wanted to go look at. Any time that I had questions she always got back to me in a timely matter. When all was said and done she helped me find the perfect home that I was looking for in the neighborhood that I wanted. I have now been at my home 7 years and still love it and I recommend her to all my friends looking to buy.

Working with Kristen was such a pleasure her expertise coupled with her true sense of care made my entire experience stress free and enjoyable! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything and always had my needs first. Kristen is a world class professional and I highly recommend her for anyone seeking out the best partner in real estate needs. Thanks Kristen again for all your hard work "Job well done" Janna Kompos
