Kristin is just absolutely amazing. She has found us a home as buyers, rented that home when we moved and sold it for us (in a day) when we sold it. Through each experience she has been patient, informative and accessible. During our recent home sale my husband and I were living out of state, and I have to say that Kristin managed everything for us. All it took was one trip for us to get things squared away and she did the rest. She was there to let repair workers come in on multiple occassions and even paid the tab for one of the repairs. She made the process so easy and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Kristin helped us both sell our home in Fairlington and buy a new home in Springfield. She was patient with us as we started a home search that we then tabled for nearly a year, and she welcomed us back when we were ready to go. Kristin acted as a great advocate for us, but in a respectful way that always made us comfortable. She offered excellent advice for preparing our home, on settling on a listing price, on setting an offer price on our new home, and for staging our home (which required balancing the needs of two small children still living in the staged house!). Her professional contacts who did some needed repairs on our house were outstanding. All in all, an excellent agent to work with. I hope we don't move again any time soon, but if we do, we will once again call Kristin.

My wife and I were interested in looking for a house in the Northern Virginia area. We are in the Foreign Service and do not currently live in the US nor have we for the past six years. We are a active duty Navy family who recently PCSed from overseas duty in Japan. Kristen is a knowledgeable and attentive realtor who deserves the highest marks. The Northern Va realestate market is a tough one, and she was essential to our successfully purchasing a home on which there was multiple offers. She knows her stuff when it comes to houses, and was great at helping us see which places had strong selling points, and others that had red flags. Kristen is a pleasure to work with. We spent nearly every weekend for two months with her trying to find our home, and we had great fun doing so!
