The experience of house hunting and purchasing was always told to us as the worst part of owning a house. When we decided to just look at whats out there we werent really ready we just wanted to look. We had started looking online and driving to various open houses. We stopped at a place in Park West (ideally located near our daughters school) when we met this agent who after introducing herself to us asked us what are you looking for in a home? She didnt just go into telling us about the house we were standing in but rather asked us what we wanted! We had planned to just stop in and look at this place and go in as we had a few other places. As we walked back to our car my husband looked at me and as if reading each others minds we said we found our agent! From that moment Kristin offered us options, was flexible with viewings, helped us find the right financing agent, had contractor contact, and even real estate attorney!!! When there were questions to anything she already had the answer. When the seller was being difficult she made those hard calls and she handled everything that came up! Never once did she drop the ball! She was willing to go the extra mile to make things happen and assure everything was handled! Her team was there backing her up as if they were the leaders of the whole sale. Ive always dreamed of the day I would own my own home but was always scared of the process. All the horrible things Ive heard. I can honestly say Carolina One most importantly Kristin and Cheri made us feel like everyone else in world just didnt have the right team supporting them. I never once felt like I didnt have an advocate. I cannot say enough about how much I have really enjoyed this home buying experience. Kristin and Cherie were amazing to work with!!!!!!

I met Kristin at an Open House I randomly visited and right away knew she was a great realtor. We moved from Vermont and ran into several roadblocks until we closed on our house here and she walked us through every step of the way. She provided me great industry and technical advice and details of what I should exoect and demand. She went above and beyond in so many ways to list. Working with Kristin prior to coming into town was easy and informative. She provided so much information and resource so that we knew what to expect when we began looking. When we did physically start touring properties she was absolutely amazing! Her car was loaded with drinks, snacks and food. In our case, we were out of state home buyers who needed to trust and rely on our realtor - Kristin made this transaction as stress free as she could as we were not present for the house inspections and various visits by outside contractors to solidify our purchase. I met Kristin at an open house where I dropped by randomly/unplanned. Kristin was gave me a lot of great tips during our conversation. Also, Boeing relocation works with Carolina One which made it an easy choice for me.Working with Kristin was really great. On my first house hunting day, Kristin showed a few houses that I picked. She asked me several questions while viewing the houses. Within a couple of hours, Kristin was able to develop a really good vision of what kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for. I could tell Kristin knew beforehand whether we would like the house or not. She was spot on on all occasions! My wife and son both liked Kristin a lot. She is professional and personable. We got a lots of great tips from Kristin. She suggested that we use Carpet Baggers for our new carpet which turned out to be great. She suggested we use Palmetto Pest Control for termites and other pest control. Great service. We plan to call her frequently to get tips about home improvement and maintenance.
