Kris and Tammy Hanson

Working with Kris & Tammy Hanson and their team was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I enlisted their services to both sell our home and to buy a new home. After the recommendations that they gave us, WE SOLD OUR HOME IN 4 DAYS for full asking price!!!!! I have worked with several realtors in my life and Kris & Tammy exceeded my expectations at every turn. While other realtors made me feel as if I was not important, only their commission was, I never felt that with them. We always felt as though they had our back and our best interests at heart. They were honest, helpful, reliable, and very pleasant to work with. Jennifer in their office was amazing as well. No matter how many times I called, she was always a joy to talk to and never seemed irritated or too busy. We do not ever plan to move again, but I have no doubt that if we venture down that road again, our first call with be to Kris and Tammy Hanson.

Tammy helped my wife and I purchase our new home is Saint Charles. This was our first home buying experience and it could not have been a more positive experience thanks to Tammy and Kris. We bought our first home last year around St Charles area. Kris was our agent. He was very resourceful and responsive. He provided lot of details and did not hesitate even a bit to explain the entire process . Me being a first time home buyer, Kris first understood our needs/wants and then gave us suggestions / tips on what we need to look at and where to look at, during property visits. Its been almost a year and we are happy with our purchase. We already recommended Kris and Tammy to our friends.Thank you Kris and Tammy. You are a wonderful team.

I can't say enough about this husband and wife team. The two of them showed my husband and I countless homes. They were so patient with us and very accommodating, as I had to bring my infant son with me to EVERY showing. One summer day, I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle. Tammy was kind enough to offer her vehicle for my son and I to cool off in, while my husband made the 40 minute trip to bring me keys. Kris suggested new construction from the get go, based on our wants and needs. We really didn't want to wait for a home to be built, but after looking at 25-30 existing homes, we decided to go the new construction route after all. Kris helped guide us through this process, and we are so grateful for his expertise. We still talk about different options we chose for our new home, based on what Kris had suggested to us. His thoughts were right in line with ours. I literally can't say enough about these two people. SIMPLY. THE. BEST.

This is a family operated business that amazed both my wife and I. We have bought and sold numerous times in the past with other realty companies and have had great experiences, but using this team this time has been EXCEPTIONAL! Austin is the most responsive realtor I have met with such a great attitude at all times. Kris made time to educate me on building options if we decided to go that way and he had everything prepped for our price range with the upgrades that other companies kept attempting to raise the price another 20k for. I would recommend them to all my friends and family without any hesitation.
