He was very aware of all scenarios involved with just about every aspect of the sale. Kyle was constantly in contact with us during the negotiation process and was very reassuring to us that we were making the appropriate decision.

When we moved back to AZ last year, after a 17-year absence, we were in a hurry to find a house. Actually, as we were camping out in an apartment which we could reach only by climbing a steep, iron stairway and my husband was in and out of hospitals with a bad heart, we were desperate to find a house. I worked with a lot of real estate agents, none of whom seemed to get either what we wanted or the urgency of our situation. And then I met Kyle Tucker. First time we met, I thought, “OMG, what is he? Fourteen?” Not quite, but he is young. And I realized that a young man with a young wife and, soon, a child, was the best possible agent for us—because he is likely to be more ambitious and serious about his work than a dilettante who sells real estate on the side for extra income. However, I could never have anticipated Kyle Tucker’s level of professionalism, nor his capacity for the simple human sympathy he has shown these two elders from day one. He found the perfect house for us, one that checked every item on our wish list, before my husband was even released from the hospital! And now, a year later, when we had to sell that house because the pandemic relieved us of our extra income, he has sold that house for us within one month of our realization that we had to move. I can scarcely remember the experience. It was so quickly and smoothly executed that we scarcely had time to find and purchase the townhome we are in now. And the price he got for the house exceeded all expectations! I call him “kid” and “darlin’” out of my great affection for him personally, but when it comes to knowing his business and his ability to get the job done and done right, he is no “kid.” And when it comes to his empathy, his being there for you every step of the way, his immediate, cheerful, and patient response to your every need and (stupid) question, he is an absolute “darlin’.” Trust me. After dealing with a lot of agents, I know.

I would highly recommend Kyle to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a home. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and although we did not use him as our agent (Location) he did not hesitate to reach out on our behalf to seek an agent that was familiar with the local area we were looking to buy. He was always very responsive and professional in all our exchanges. Do not let his length of service as a real estate professional deter you from reaching out to him. His drive, passion, and dedication to helping those is limitless and I will continue to use his expertise in the future when buying or selling a home.

We called Kyle outta the blue to look at a house, he stopped what he was doing and came to show the house in no time. Stayed with us for over 10 months and drove all over the city until we found our gem. Thx Kyle for all the coffees and answered calls and thousands of responses through the process, he’s one in a million.

Kyle was great to work with! He was patient and took the time to understand just what we were looking for, and we were not willing to compromise. Once we found what we wanted, Kyle was masterful in negotiating and communicating with the sellers agent so we could put our best offer forward. Ultimately, he got us to the closing which is hard to do in this crazy market! We highly recommend Kyle’s services ans will use him again in the future!

Kyle was extremely helpful in all aspects and made finding a rental easier in this crazy market! He was responsive, gave honest opinions, and knowledgeable in the different neighborhoods . Can’t thank him enough for all the help and making the move from out of state less stressful.

Kyle is awesome to work with! Was given his number in December 2020, worked with him to find a rental place for January 2021. When we started to look for a home to buy, Kyle was the one we went back to. After a couple of months, honest conversations and looking at numerous houses, we finally found our home. I must say, Kyle is honest, honorable, very personable, hard working (this guy never seems to sleep) and very attentive to his clients! I hope to never move again, however, if we do and no matter how long down the line that is, Kyle will be our go to guy again. He's fantastic and I highly recommend and will be referring him to others. My goodness, he was driving 30 minutes or more to show us houses, instead of passing us off to someone else. He's top notch!

Kyle was awesome to work with. He was very flexible and showed us everything we asked to see. We started with rentals but switched gears halfway through our search and decided to look at homes for sale. Once we found the perfect home, Kyle quickly reached out to the sellers to let them know an offer was coming. Kyle helped facilitate the deal and went the the extra mile for us during and after the transaction. With Kyle's guidance we successfully purchased the home and closed in less than a month.
