Tomball resident Lacey Garrett enjoyed her career in business, but she wanted to do more. That realization was the first step on a journey that eventually led her to join the team at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring. Before switching careers, Garrett said she asked for some advice from a cousin who was a top producing agent in the Dallas area. “I was in the corporate world for a number of years,” she said. “But I took a fast-track real estate course, then joined RE/MAX and never looked back.” She explained that the real estate firm was her first choice. “RE/MAX is one of the largest real estate brokerages in the world,” she said. “They have incredible training – and that’s what I loved.” Garrett worked in two other branches in the company before she moved to the Houston area.
