La'dweena Smith

La'Dweena graduated from Chicago State University in June of 1998 where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. After graduation, she worked for Hyatt Coporation for three years as a Sales Manager. After Hyatt, La'Dweena worked at Ameritech as a Customer Service Supervisor for four years. In the spring of 2004, while still working at Ameritech, she became a licensed Realtor and Real Estate investor. In the spring of 2005 (after practicing Real Estate part time for a year), La'Dween decided to become a full time Realtor. Her past sales and customer service skills serve as a great foundatio, evetntually leading her to her true passion, the Real Estate field. As a full time Real Estate agent, she constantly strives to exceed clients' expectation by utilizing the latest technologies, market research and business strategies in order to find solutions that remove the stress of buying and selling Real Estate in today's ever changing market.
