Laif McClellan

Prior to finding my true calling in real estate I was a contractor specializing in residential renovations. I did this for 8 years and during those 8 years I got a great insight into homes and their inherit problems. In 2005 I obtained my real estate license. This was a natural fit for me due to my experience in contracting, and there were 2 specific reasons for my smooth transition to real estate. Firstly, due to being raised by a man who has been licensed since 1987, and secondly, deciding to work with Les Fohl under his guidance. Almost immediately, thanks to the experience and expertise of Les Fohl I became one of his best students. In 2010 Les Fohl, my wife Brenda, and I decided to become partners and create the new company you see now “Fohl and McClellan Real Estate.” It is a perfect blend of experience and expertise with innovation and technology, which is exactly what is needed in today’s market. When I’m not working on real estate I almost always have to be outdoors.
