I have waited a year to write this review. Mainly because if something is going to go wrong that's when you will usually find out about it. Lance is a great real estate agent. He really listened to what we wanted, and when we wanted to look at properties he was responsive and able to get us in quickly to look at them quickly He finally got us into a house that I absolutely love, and negotiated a deal that was well within our budget. Our whole process went through without a hitch. I have had a few questions since we moved in and Lance has been there for me every single time. He was even helpful in finding people to make a few improvements. I appreciate his friendliness, professionalim, and communication skills. When I get ready to sell my old house I won't think twice about calling him to be my representative. He is my first and only choice because I know it will be stress free.

I am a home buyer. Lance is very dedicated agent. He makes himself readily available on demand. From beginning to the end (and after) he replies to emails and voice mails promptly. Lance is always on top of things. Extremely helpful but no pressure. Lance has represented and fought for our interests as his clients wholeheartedly. Lance Barker is the man!!! My wife and I were looking to buy our first home together. We had gone looking at properties with a couple different Real Estate Agents. However, when we contacted Lance, he was on the ball from Day 1. We had inquired about a few properties and he responded the same day. He honed in on what we wanted and provided us with an extensive list of properties right away. When we first met Lance in person he was what I would consider a perfectly balanced and honest agent. He knows when to push a little bit, but he also gives you space to make your own decisions and look around. He is also super honest. He will tell you if he personally thinks a property is really worth purchasing and will even point out flaws that should be taken note of. Upon going into escrow he was super fast at getting us the paperwork to sign as well as offering sound advice as for how to get through the escrow process. Lance was also very efficient in contacting my lender, escrow officer, and the listing agent from the sellers. He also checked in with us a couple of times after the closure of the sale to ask how my family has been doing and if we are pleased with our new property. When I ever decide to sell and/or purchase another property, you better believe I'm looking Lance Barker up first! Thanks Lance for such an awesome job and experience!

I met Lance Barker when I called his office to inquire about a condominium he had listed. It was obvious from the moment I met Lance that he is a genuinely nice and honest guy. He is outgoing, friendly, and has a very upbeat and positive attitude. It was because of these qualities that I chose to work with Lance. It is easy to find a real estate agent, but I wanted to work with someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. Lance was that agent. He not only listed my home, but he also was my agent when I purchased my new condominium. My experience with Lance is that he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. The sale of my home had some escrow glitches, and as I got concerned, and at times frustrated, Lance was always there to reassure and explain the issues to get them resolved quickly. What impressed me most about Lance was the way he made me feel like I was his only client. Believe me, Lance earned his commission because there were times when I called Lance frequently... and I always got a quick response. If he was unavailable, he always got back to me promptly. I appreciated having someone as expereienced and capable as Lance working with me. I was very impressed with Lance and I would unequivically recomment him to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Lance is thoroughly professional at the same time very cordial to work with. Life wouldnt be so easier without his help. Lance was amazing to work with. We would find 4-5 homes for sale in the evening, email him and he would get back to us same evening with appointments all set up for us the next day. He answers his phone and email on weekend and after hours and is always friendly and professional. Lance was very effective giving my wife and I updates and information. Living in NY and buying our new home in California could have been a nightmare,except for the fact that Lance was on it. Switched to Lance Barker after a horrible experience with a First Team Realtor. Lance Barker was our go to guy. We relied on him for being our eyes and ears while we were flipping our mother's house. He helped with the termite inspection, coordinated the estate sale and construction work. In my home, he was 100% right on. Lance is very professional and courteous, he is cool under heat and doesn't give up. Whitin the first week of listing he had several interested buyers, with one solid offer. The buyer had buyers remorse and backed off. Again Lance started to show the property, and again another solid buyer, but again got buyers remorse and backed off. Lance stayed cool, and kept showing the property, and this time he found a buyer, that said that "this is my dream home!" Lance kept in touch with me either by phone, email or in person to advise me of the escrow process, until the home was sold. I would recommend Lance to anyone that is either interested in buying a home, or selling their home. You can rest assured you will receive great service!
