- Lance helped me buy a home
Lance Christmas is an Over The Top Realtor!!! From our first meeting he listened to everything we wanted to say from what type of home, price range, etc., On our first day of searching for our new home we saw around 4 homes and Our Dream home was in that group... But, thinking it was too far from everything we decided not to pursue.. 2nd meeting with Lance showing us many homes... So we decided to wait a few months and sold our home and called Lance at 9:30 P.M. on a Friday night to see if the Dream Home was still on the market, it was... making our decision at this time of night Lance emailed forms to make an offer and sign for him.. Calling their Realtor who told him to send to her and she would present our offer the next day.. The Wonderful owners of the home accepted our offer before noon... (FYI: We are now very close Friends with the previous owners) We treasure Lance Christmas and hope anyone reading our Review has the pleasure of working with him to find Their Dream Home..
