When I decided to sell our home, I was still working full time andmy adult disabled son was home alone 50+ hours per week.Due to his disability, I was very concerned about his safety. Iinterviewed at least 6 or 7 agents, but Lance Ulrich of Century21 was a pretty easy choice as he said he lived very close andOFFERED to schedule potential buyer visits when HE wasavailable to come and walk my son to the park across the street,stay with him during the visit, and walk him back home after theyleft. He was the only person I interviewed who "got" myconcerns. In the end, he got the job because of his compassionand empathy. I have never regretted my choice...even thoughthe house took a while to sell. I believe our home was uniqueenough that we just had to wait for the right buyers.
