Lanny was easy to reach and responsive, but despite stating he had 33 years of experience and familiarity with shared-equity agreements, we didn’t feel the level of expertise we expected. We often had to explain the basics ourselves, discussions rarely moved things forward, and the listing photos weren’t professional quality.
