Licensed in both Kansas & Missouri my Real Estate career started 2005. I worked as a Buyer’s Agent for Residential Sales which I found pleasure in assisting and educating new Buyer’s in the process of purchasing their first home. After handling numerous sales as a Buyer’s Agent I found myself looking for a new challenge and being an Investor myself . I joined Abraxas Investments & Realty which primarily focuses on REO properties. This was the challenge I was in search of and allowed me the tools to gain the knowledge of handling Short Sales, REO Listings & Sales, HUD and Fannie Mae contract procedures this also lead me to build work relationships with Banks and Asset Mgmt. Companies that would eventually bring me all the knowledge and tools to work with local and out of state investors.
