Extremely knowledgeable about everything!! very quick with her responses. Works for you. in your best interest. Very attentive to your likes and does not try to push her ideas on you. Laura is extremely flexible in trying to accommodate her clients. She also educates you well on the details as they come up. Laura is also very patient with her clients; for eg; I had a specific requirement on the direction of the house, and she stayed put with that request and stayed quite patient with me while I figured all of that out.
