Laura & Peter recently worked with my on selling my condo in Danbury. It was a short sale process, which was very long and arduous. Throughout the whole thing, they were professional, timely, thorough, and supportive. They advocated for me extensively with the banks, on numerous occasions, and negotiated a fair deal by the end. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Laura Testa. After dealing with two real estate agents prior to finding her, she was a breath of fresh air!
