Lauren and Rich were a wonderful team to work with as we purchased a new home recently. I had been looking at houses online for over a year, we went and checked out a few but they weren't quite right. We met Lauren at an open house and decided to work with her to find our perfect house. She sent a link to a house she thought fit what we were looking for and it was the one! We looked at it the following day and they put an offer in for us very quickly. The Stormonts are really responsive which is necessary in the current market. The negotiations went smoothly, Rich was very knowledgeable, the closing went great, and we moved in about 40 days later. Lauren made the process of selling my house simple. I followed the recommendations of the stager she recommended. I prepped and cleaned. Once the house went on the market, I had multiple offers within four days. She answered all of my many questions during the negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
