We connected with Lavona via a referral from the 55places website and we were not disappointed. We were on a tight schedule as we were buying from out of state; Lavona's knowledge of the area is extensive, and her determination to match us with exactly the right house greatly helped us given our time constraints. She did alot of legwork for us ahead of our buying trip; she quickly sensed our needs and style and helped us weed through many options before we chose our home. Lavona promptly completed and sent all necessary paperwork; faciliated home inspections and walk-throughs, and collaborated with the sellers efficiently. She was always available to answer questions, find vendors and suppliers as we needed them, and even found us a rental for a period when we were between houses. Lastly, she even introduced us to another couple who also relocated from our same California town- truly, Lavona has taken excellent care of us throughout our relocation to Arizona.

Lavona helped us find and purchase our retirement home in Terravita, Scottsdale. She was extremely professional and helpful in the process of selecting the community, as well as purchasing the home. She is very professional and knowledgeable and we are sure we will contact her again with any future real estate transactions in the Phoenix area.
