We just closed on our second home and I can’t say enough about working with Leah! We had many challenges this time and Leah handled it all with ease and made it a smooth and enjoyable process. Covid had a lot of limiting factors with touring as well as homes on the market. It was definitely a sellers market (and we were buying) and we were also buying in a new city, that we didn’t know which made it really hard to understand the neighborhoods and with Covid we couldn’t just hang out in the city and get to know it. On top of all, that my husband has been deployed in Africa through the entire process including the closing so communication timeline and process all had to be adjusted from the norm. Not to mention this was a for sale by owner home so she was communicating directly with the owner rather than another realtor. I was confident in Leahs abilities from our initial conversation. I knew this homebuying process would need a little extra tender loving care given our circumstances, so it was really important for us to find someone who is dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced and hard-working. I interviewed four great candidates that were highly recommended and I’m so glad we chose Leah. She definitely followed through with the expectations we had. She was timely in her communication and had no problem adjusting to use ‎WhatsApp instead of phone/ email and was available during off- hours that worked with his schedule in Africa. She was ready and willing to be of assistance in any way and after one city tour, she quickly knew what neighborhood would be ideal for us because of our lifestyle. She was readily available and flexible, patient, kind, a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to find the answers we needed. I trusted her to have our best interests in mind and she did an excellent job negotiating to get us what we wanted. We have the perfect house in the ideal neighborhood, we are so happy! We will definitely be contacting Leah when it is time to sell or buy again! Home buying and selling is such an important process its Imperative to find someone who you can trust and we are so thankful we found that person.
