Leah helped me find & purchase a rental home in Oakland. She is an EXCEPTIONAL real estate agent. She listened to my requirements, explored various neighborhoods, and provided a wealth of incredible resources. Two things really stand out; first is her help on due diligence of the property. She is very detail oriented, carefully reviewed all of the disclosures, provided sound advice, and immediately lined up the right people to do the proper inspections, some of which I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Secondly, what stood out is her willingness to share her resources. Because of her reputation as a top realtor, her resources respond quickly. Although I purchased my home over 2 years ago, Leah has been willing to share contacts I trust who have proven to be some of the best. Having the right people help with repairs, etc. is priceless. Plus, she continues to provide advice as needed. I have purchased and sold 3 homes but have never had a realtor as competent as Leah. This review is long overdue but because Leah is so outstanding, I needed to take the time out to let others know how good she is!

Leah and her team were nothing short of amazing in getting us our dream home. Short sales can be a very long and arduous process, one that can leave you feeling very helpless too. My husband and I sold our home in Montclair in May/June of 2015 with Leah, and she was fantastic! We had seen her signs around the neighborhood, and she knows a friend of ours, but we knew we wanted to hire her pretty much immediately after our first meeting. She came prepared with sample marketing materials and comps, and immediately knew how to zero in on our priorities (some people want the "right" buyer, others want quickest sale, others want bang-for-the-buck, etc.). We had a pretty tight timeline to get the house on the market, and she helped us make it happen.Leah gave us practical advice, realistic expectations, and an overall great experience. I was impressed with her ability to have contractors on site within days, and connections for staging, cleaning, inspections, etc. handled very quickly. She was also on-site for the various workers so that we didn't have to take time off of work. Then, once the house was ready to go, she had fabulous photographers and videographers to get the best marketing materials put together - and she works the local media, getting us well-placed ads and even a feature in the Chronicle. i've actually recommended a few of the folks we used to other people in the area, her network is that good. We had beautiful brochures/booklets and a great website, and we felt comfortable having the support of a great firm like Coldwell Banker behind her.Through the offer/negotiation phase, she gave us the guidance we needed, and helped us get both the price and other conditions we needed (we had a contingent offer for our new house, so timing was key).We love Leah, would recommend her highly and without reservation.
