Lee was very thorough, explaining the entire process, from start to finish and wad with me every step of the way. He listened to my husband and I about what we wanted and our price range. Excellent. Lee went above and beyond in a complicated transaction. This was a estate sale and we were unable to get Court authorization until late in the process. Lee was comfortable in that complex environment. In addition after contract but before closing we had a burst frozen pipe that did substantial damage to the house. Lee was watching the empty house and found the burst pipe and took a lead role in fixing it and in renegotiating the price to preserve the contract and closing. This was not a routine transaction and Lee handled it with skill and grace. I strongly recommend him!
