Leo was great to work with especially considering my unfamiliarity with the whole buying and selling process. His experience and composure really helped us feel at ease up to our closing date. Indeed we were selling and buying(with the condition of selling our home in 17 days) homes simultaneously adding to the stress and complexity of the whole affair. Leo's calm demeanor and knowledge in the field really helped us in dealing with our uncertainty with our sale, multiple transactions, inspection repair negotiations, endless documentation, and a salty realtor on the other side, among other things. Leo's communication between our lender and my family was solid and prompt; we were always in the loop. I would recommend Leo to anyone looking for someone and would not hesitate to work with him in the future

This is my second review of Leo Gonzalez, first is when we bought our first home using Leo and his team and then again when we sold our home. His professionalism and knowledge of the market were spot on. He went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do and for that I would recommend home to anyone who is in the market of either buying or selling a home. Thanks Leo for everything!!!!

Leo is the most responsive real estate agent I have ever worked with. I've bought almost a dozen properties over the years and have never come across a more proactive, reasonable and responsive agent as Leo. Grab him before your competition does!

Leo was easy to work with and very professional. My previous realtor listed my home and I received zero offers in 6 months, and she continuously pushed me to lower the list price. After listing with Leo I made some remodeling changes that he recommended. I then increased the list price to cover all of my remodeling costs. The house was off the market for one month, after relisting my house I had 5 showings in two days which included a "full ask" offer. It is now 27 days later and escrow has closed with no issues. One of the reasons I selected Leo is because he also sold a neighbors house at "full ask" very recently.
