As a Seller's Agent, I will counsel you on prepping your home for the market, provide you with contacts for repairs and inspections, and sprucing it up. I will sell your property as quickly as I can and for the highest price while guiding you through the process. As a buyer’s agent, we will hunt down the perfect property, hone in on it, and snatch it up for the best price and terms in order to meet your objectives. In turn, I will guide you through all the steps to completion. Afterwards, I can refer you to everyone from a handyman to custom home builders and everything in between for simple move-in comfort to small or large upgrades and remodeling as you need them. I have made a lifelong career in outside sales. I am familiar with various areas, having lived in and around the Bay Area all my life.
