She was very courteous as I was looking for a long time. When I found the house I wanted she advised me that people were already making lower offers and as I really wanted the house she advised I offer full price. She worked with me as I was a first time home buyer and inexperienced as to what I needed to do. Oh yeah, she did this all during the summer while she was in her third trimester.
