My dear friend bought a house with Leslie in Burbank around 2006 and I was the lender based out of Denver. My friend past, putting me in charge of the sale of the home through probate. Upon a visit to the house to see what I was up against. I was so happy to see her business card still on the fridge. I had remembered how easy it was to work with her the first time around and how my friend just raved about her. After seeing the house I was a bit overwhelmed as it had not been taken care of and needed to be sold quickly before the bank started foreclosure. The family was of course also wanting to get a good price. After contacting Leslie she went straight over and assessed what needed to be done. As soon as we got the tenant out of there she just took right over. She organized everything the painting, cleaning, extensive yard work, pool work, not to mention the mounds of rubbish. Living and working in Denver, Leslie was consistently keeping me advised with the quotes and the progress of the work. I came back two weeks later and was blown away!!! I have worked with many realtors over my lending career I have never seen an agent like this. She was hands on with several items that needed to be done and saved the estate funds, which was not much. She even advanced her own money to pay for several of the services, which was later taken out of escrow. We listed it on a Wednesday had one open house and by Monday we had multiple over list price offers. After reviewing the offers we accepted one that was $25K over list and went into escrow. Escrow went smooth with no problems and closed in 30 days. I will always recommend Leslie in the Los Angeles County, she definitely has the talent and passion for this business!

As a senior citizen couple living in Rivera Village hills we found ourselves in a position that we could no long stay in our home due to health and safety issues. Our granddaughter lived in Washington and wanted us up there. After being in our home for 50+ years we had no idea where to start. Leslie was a referral to us and when she came over we immediately connected. She understood the daunting task that was ahead of us, as she had been through it with her own family. After deciding to use her we worked out a schedule where she would come by daily to help me go through what we were going to keep, sell, donate or trash. She stayed with us when the movers came to guide the movers and keep my husband calm as he was quite confused. After we were gone she managed the sale of items, donations to charity and removal of everything else. Leslie had recommend some work to be done to the house and although I was not sure about the changes we took her advice, glad we did. She got the quotes, organized the work and had the house on the 5 days after we left. We accepted an offer after two days on the market. She helped make one of the most difficult transitions in our like so much less scary.

Leslie made the hectic process of selling your home and moving a seamless transition. Not only was she incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind; but Leslie also went out of her way to ensure our new out-of-state home was ready and everything was going according to plan. Where our out-of-state realtor lacked, Leslie was there to pick up the pieces. My family and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us during this process. I highly recommend Leslie
