We couldn’t have found a better leasing agent than Lesly. She was excellent in all aspects of helping us lease our home in Georgetown. She took care of everything from hiring and scheduling the photographer to referring a handyman and house maintenance providers. She was 100% responsive and had an answer for all our questions. Most importantly, she had several qualified applicants to present to us within 24 hours of listing our property and had a leasing agreement signed within 48 hours of listing. We will be using Lesly for all of our tenant screenings and placements from now on.

Lesly listed for me a house that was in an estate, and the interior was in very poor condition on the inside, so it was by no means a listing that every realtor would crave. She did an outstanding job in providing guidance on what should be done prior to listing, and she was also very savvy in dealing with the buyer in negotiations. I've worked with quite a few realtors over the years and I'd use Lesly again any day.
