Lien was very understanding of my financial situation and worked with me on getting my condo sold quickly. Prospects were not good since there was litigation in process at my condo complex but somehow, Lien was able to find a serious buyer. This was the same condo Lien found for me 4.5 years ago when I was in a much better financial situation. I wanted it to be walking distance to a BART station, under 300K, 24 hour security, spacious, gym, etc. Everything that I wanted. This is the 2nd home that Lien had helped me purchase in 7 years. The first house was in 2006 in Tracy, CA. It was the peak of a buyer's market. We found a house and we purchased it; easy as pie. Lien has done amazing work! She found us! She was walking door to door giving out information about buying homes. My brother in law was in the front yard and she asked him if anyone in his Family are looking to buy a home, and we were! She came in and we talked and scheduled an appointment. After the appointment she sent us homes right away! We had a list of about 20. We narrowed it down and let her know so she could book appoints to go see them. My family and I were planning on moving to Southern California for a while, however a job opportunity came up much sooner than expected and I had to leave the Bay Area within 2 weeks. I had hired another Real Estate Agent, who did a terrible job. She did not show the house for nearly 3 months. For example, the buyer wanted additional inspections (outside of contract) and requested me to pay for them. Fortunately, the inspections passed, however she was able to negotiate that I would only need to pay if further work was needed. From start to finish,she made sure I was aware of where we were in the process, made sure I understood what and why were doing it and worked to ensure both parties were getting the best deal. Even for some issues, like dealing with the HOA, if she could not speak for me directly, she would providethe name and number of the people I needed to contact to make sure I spent the least time possible worrying about the deal.
