We used Linda to purchase a home in 2012. She made me assist with every single step in the process and I felt I had to spoonfeed her everything. Things that a realtor should do, I had to do myself. I found the property online and instantly knew I wanted it so she really didn't even have that much to do. I felt she took her high commission and ran. There were issues with the home and the seller was supposed to fix them. I didn't realize until after we closed that the home owner didn't take care of them at all, but ignored our request. Linda should have stayed on top of things to make sure those items were fixed. I used another agent to sell that property in 2015 and buy a new property and I didn't realize just how terrible my experience was with Linda until I had another realtor who went over the top for me and I didn't have to do a thing to assist with the transactions. I will never use her again.
